About IICS 3.3 Personnel Reviewing Welding Procedures & Welder Certifications in accordance to ASME Sect. IX & AWS D1.1IICS 3.3 “Personnel Reviewing Welding Procedures & Welder Certifications” is developed to qualify and enable technical personnel to plan and supervise the welder & welding procedure certification process and/or to review welder & welding procedure certificates in construction projects where welding applies.
Eligibility
To be eligible for certification, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Welding inspection experience is an advantage but not required
- Pass the written examination

Exam Information
IICS 3.3 Personnel Reviewing Welding Procedures & Welder Certifications
Pass mark is 70%. If the overall passing mark couldn’t get achieved the individual part, which has been failed shall be retaken.
