About IICS 3.1 Certified Welding InspectorIICS 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector is generated to certify Welding Inspector. Based on your working experience in the welding industry, you will be entitled to be entitled as IICS 3.1A Certified Associate Welding Inspector and IICS 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector.

To be eligible for certification, candidates must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Meet experience requirements
- Meet medical requirements
- Pass the eye test
- Pass the written examination

Medical Requirements
Certified Welding Inspectors (IICS 3.1A or IICS 3.1) must be in good physical health, sufficient enough to handle the physical demands that welding inspections require.

IICS 3.1A Certified Associate Welding Inspector and IICS 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector
Pass mark is 70%. If the overall passing mark couldn’t get achieved the individual part, which has been failed shall be retaken.
